Bob asked Andrew Selous, the Second Church Estates Commissioner, what criteria the Church of England uses to decide when to close churches and offer the building to other denominations and traditions. He also noted that there were many Romanian citizens in Harrow East that did not have a place of worship as they cannot acquire premises. Bob asked if the Church of England could reach out to such communities to allow them to continue their worship.
