Bob speaks about his shock of the news that records relating to the Equitable Life scandal have been destroyed. Bob states that this goes against what the House had been told in previous debates and would make the process of getting justice for victims of the scandal much harder.
Bob asked the minister to meet with a small delegation of the all-party parliamentary group for justice for Equitable Life policyholders to help get to the bottom of the long-running saga once and for all.
