During a debate on a report regarding the governance of Liverpool City Council, Bob asked the Government whether the cost of the recommended commissioners will be borne by Liverpool council tax payers.
Bob Blackman spoke about Mayor Khan's mismanagement of TFL led the previous Conservative government to provide a £6.6 billion bailout to keep it afloat. The new Labour Government has allocated just £265 million.
