Speaking to Parliament via video call, Bob asked the Prime Minister to set out the criteria that he will use to ensure that we can come out of this partial lockdown on the 2nd December. Bob acknowledges that the risk is that things could get worse over these next two or three weeks before we see an improvement, and people want to know what they have to do to make sure that we get the infection rate down and make sure it stays down.
