Bob spoke in Parliament to raise concerns over Harrow Council's decision to delay considering the planning application for the redevelopment Rayners Lane station car park into new flats until after the Mayoral elections next year. Bob noted that the site was in a Labour held ward, while the decisions for the redevelopment of Canons Park and Stanmore in Conservative held wards would be made in December and January, before the election.
