Following the announcement that London would be moving up to tier two on the Covid Alert Level system, Bob asked the Health Secretary to set out the conditions for London moving back down to tier one and reducing restrictions. He also asked if, for restrictions to be reduced, every London borough would have to be below the infection rate threshold, as this could mean short term restrictions are in place for many months, as infection rates vary widely across the city.
