Speaking to the Secretary of State for Transport Grant Shapps, Bob asked the minister to update the House about the Government's discussions with the Mayor of London and Transport for London about the long-term issues with TfL's finances. Bob also asked the minister to correct the claim that it was a Government requirement for the London congestion charge to be extended.
