Speaking during a debate on support for asylum seekers in Parliament, Bob noted that Britain is right to extend its hand to vulnerable people fleeing war torn areas, but that some would be dangerous to other asylum seekers and the British public. Bob asked the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Home Department, Chris Philip, what measures the Government will put in place to assess the risk of individuals seeking asylum.
