Many residents raise concerns regarding properties being turned into suspected unlicensed HMOs (houses of multiple occupancy). Unlicensed HMOs can have an impact on fly-tipping, anti-social behaviour, overflowing bins and parking. To make this easier for residents, Harrow Council have provided a list of all registered HMOs in Harrow to Bob's office.
If you suspect a property is an unlicensed HMO, contact Bob's office by emailing [email protected] and you will be informed if there is a licence in place.
If it is an unlicensed HMO, you can report it to Harrow Council by CLICKING HERE and then click report a HMO on the right hand side.
