Speaking to the Education Secretary Gavin Williamson, Bob thanked teachers and students for their hard work this year in catching up on missed learning after having much of their education disrupted by the coronavirus outbreak. He also suggested that exams in the summer should reflect students' ability to apply knowledge they have learned this year, not simply the amount of knowledge they will have acquired.
