As the Chairman of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Smoking and Health, Bob was pleased to lead an adjournment debate in Parliament on the World Health Organisation's Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. During his address, Bob argued for the government to adopt a comprehensive strategy to achieve a smoke-free England by 2030, urging it to use measures set out in the 'Roadmap to a Smokefree 2030' document, which has been endorsed by the Smoking and Health APPG and 68 other organisations.
