Bob provided his view in Parliament on the current provisions for the remediation of unsafe cladding, fire safety measures and the proposed legislation in the Building Safety Bill. Bob highlighted his concerns that the Government’s £5.1 billion fund for the remediation of unsafe cladding does not go far enough, and the probable length of time the Building Safety Bill will take to come into effect.
