Speaking to the Minister of State for the Ministry of Justice, Bob enquired about the Government's £70 million package to assist released prisoners. Bob asked what measures will be in place to ensure released prisoners do not become homeless and reoffend.
Noting his previous Homelessness Reduction Act, Bob stated that it is the duty of prison governors to enable people leaving prison to have a secure roof over their heads, so that they are not tempted to reoffend.
