During Business Questions, Bob asked the Leader of the House Jacob Rees-Mogg for a debate to discuss the waste of money in certain instances in Local Government. This followed Harrow Council spending £250,000 to introduce extremely unpopular cycle lanes and LTNs in the borough, only for it now to spend £85,000 to remove them.
