Speaking during a debate on the Fire Safety Bill, Bob made a number of suggestions to improve the Bill. While he emphasised the need for such a Bill and hoped for its quick passage through the legislative process, he also noted several concerns that needed to be resolved. These included issues with the testing regime set out in the Bill and that there were areas that could lead to potential confusion and needed further clarification.
