During Transport Questions, Bob asked the Secretary of State for Transport, Grant Shapps, about the TfL funding settlement and cautioned against road pricing and the outer London charge.
Bob Blackman spoke about Mayor Khan's mismanagement of TFL led the previous Conservative government to provide a £6.6 billion bailout to keep it afloat. The new Labour Government has allocated just £265 million.
