Bob Blackman welcomed the fall of Assad, but recognised that Hayat Tahrir al-Sham are still a proscribed terrorist group. Bob asked the Home Secretary what action the Government is taking to ensure that their £11 million of aid will not fall into the hands of a proscribed terrorist organisation.
