Labour announced several tax rises in the Autumn Budget, particularly the increase to employer National Insurance contributions (NICs). From 6 April 2025, the rate of employer NICs will increase from 13.8 per cent to 15 per cent, and the Secondary Threshold will be reduced to £5,000 a year.

This policy will have a significant impact on local businesses in Harrow East, which are essential to our community. Bob wants to ensure their concerns are heard and represented in Parliament.
